What Moored provides

Moored offers guided breathing, phone-boundary tools, alarms, reminders, background sounds, Focus sessions, and progress features. The product will change as it develops. Features may depend on iPhone model, iOS version, permissions, internet access, Apple services, and settings outside our control.

Your choices and safety

Moored is a practice of attention, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or a substitute for professional care. Stop a breathing practice if you feel unwell. Do not use Moored in a way that distracts you while driving, operating equipment, or doing anything that requires attention.

Phone boundaries and alarms

App shielding uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls systems after you grant permission. Moored does not disable the whole phone, cannot turn on Do Not Disturb, and cannot guarantee that every notification or route to another app is blocked. You remain responsible for allowlists and emergency access. Alarm, notification, Live Activity, and background behavior may be affected by iOS, permissions, volume, Focus settings, battery, device state, or changes Apple makes. Keep a separate reliable alarm when missing one could cause harm or loss.

Membership and automatic renewal

Moored may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The exact price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer appear in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple may charge the renewal to your account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting Moored does not cancel a subscription.
• If an introductory trial is offered, any unused portion may end when you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies.

You can restore an eligible purchase in the app. We may change future prices or plan availability as permitted by Apple, with any notice Apple requires.

Apple terms

Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different end-user license is presented with the app. Apple is not responsible for support Moored provides, subject to the rights and obligations stated in Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Moored, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, evade purchase controls, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the product, or legal rights.

Third-party services and affiliate links

Apple services and Moored's infrastructure providers, including Supabase, PostHog, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and Cloudflare, are governed by their own terms. Availability may be affected by their systems, policies, or changes outside Moored's control. Third-party destinations are also governed by their own terms.

Explore may contain affiliate links, which means Moored may receive compensation from a partner after a qualifying action or purchase. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every claim, offering, or result from that partner.

Creator referrals

Moored may use campaign links or creator codes to associate an installation or subscription with a participating creator. The creator may receive a commission under a separate agreement with Moored. Using a creator link does not change the App Store price unless an offer shown by Apple expressly says otherwise.

Creators are responsible for clearly disclosing their financial relationship with Moored. Their statements are their own unless Moored expressly adopts them. Moored may reject or reverse a referral credit affected by fraud, duplicate attribution, a refund, a chargeback, or a transaction that does not meet the applicable campaign rules.

Availability and responsibility

We work to make Moored reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular wellness, focus, sleep, habit, or financial result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
